Senior Sales Executive



The Senior Sales Executive will help interested nonprofit organizations evaluate and purchase the thankQ CRM fundraising solution in the US and Canada. Base salary 70K, OTE 150K+, with initial guarantees as US and Canadian market is developed.

The purpose of the Senior Sales Executive is to achieve revenue goals for software sales and implementation services. In order to achieve this goal, the Senior Sales Executive will create a territory business plan that works with our professional marketing efforts to generate at least 3X the goal in opportunity pipeline. He/she will manage complex sales processes to understand needs, match needs with the thankQ CRM solution, control the sales process, and drive results.


The Senior Sales Executive should have a demonstrated ability to sell CRM solutions in nonprofit organizations. He or she will be adept at developing and managing rapport and relationships with senior-level professionals in fundraising and fundraising operations. A proven track record in achieving goals is required.

The Senior Sales Executive has, at this time, a unique opportunity to help shape the messaging and growth of thankQ CRM in US and Canadian markets. As such, the successful executive will uncover needs, themes and opportunities that thankQ USA can use across markets. 


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years selling nonprofit solutions, experience with higher education a plus.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience selling to senior professionals.
  • Excellent written and communication skills required.


This position can reside anywhere in the US, working from a home office.

Occasional travel.
